<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk</li>
<li>Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds, with a focus on accuracy and clear disclosure</li>
<li>Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated fund reporting</li>
<li>Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables from planning through completion</li>
<li>Drive automation and process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities as the business grows</li>
<li>Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and related documentation</li>
<li>Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines</li>
<li>Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, balancing independent execution with close collaboration across the Finance team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT’S REQUIRED</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting</li>
<li>2+ years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles</li>
<li>Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector</li>
<li>Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting information</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical accounting information to non-accounting stakeholders</li>
