<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Director, Commercial Excellence leads end-to-end operation of the brand’s commercial model, ensuring strategy, workflows, systems, people, and data work together to support effective execution. You will set the standard for how the commercial organization operates, continually monitor and challenge the brand’s operating model and strategic assumptions, make evidence-based recommendations, and partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade & Distribution, and Finance to improve results, acting with urgency whenever brand performance is at risk. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own end-to-end operations for the brand.  Lead the design and completion of the commercial build and serve as the organization’s authority on the strategy, workflows, systems, vendors, and data that support the brand. Define and lead the vision for commercial excellence. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive operational performance — Define and own the integrated view of how the brand operates, tracking performance against goals and surfacing risks before they escalate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues — Partner with senior functional leaders, up to and including the leadership team, to align on priorities, identify issues and root causes, and drive timely resolution, sharing accountability for outcomes and acting with urgency when commercial performance is at risk.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Challenge and improve the operating model — Continuously question strategic assumptions and existing processes, using evidence-based analysis to recommend improvements that strengthen commercial performance.
