<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Build and maintain target account and contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our CRM.</li>

<li>Research prospects so outreach is specific rather than generic: industry, data maturity, recent news, likely pain points.</li>

<li>Run outbound outreach by email, LinkedIn, and phone, following sequences you help write and improve.</li>

<li>Qualify inbound leads from the website, webinars, and content downloads, and route them quickly.</li>

<li>Book discovery calls for senior consultants and prepare a short brief before each one.</li>

<li>Keep the CRM clean: log every activity, update records, flag data quality problems.</li>

<li>Report weekly on outreach sent, replies, meetings booked, and what you are learning from the market.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.</li>

<li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, economics, or a related field, or equivalent capability.</li>

<li>Strong written communication: you can write a short, clear email a busy executive would actually answer.</li>

<li>Comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation with someone you have never met.</li>

<li>Curious, self-directed, and organized enough to manage a few hundred accounts without losing track.</li>

<li>Resilient about rejection. Most outreach gets no reply; the job is to keep quality high anyway.</li>

<li>Legally authorized to work in Canada for the duration of the internship.</li>

<p>Prior sales, customer service, or recruiting experience; exposure to a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or sales engagement tool (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo); genuine interest in data and AI. </p>

<p><strong>Compensation - $23/hour </strong></p>
