IN THE FIELD, YOU WILL - 🌍 Embed directly with customers to solve real, high-stakes problems hands-on - 🔍 Own the full arc from discovery to deployed solution - 🔁 Partner closely with product & engineering - 🤝 Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers - ⚖️ Balance shipping speed against long-term maintainability - 🛠️ Explore new tools and stacks to match whatever environment the customer runs - ✨ Uphold a collaborative team culture while operating independently in the field We're looking for fullstack builders who are energized by ambiguity and customer contact: people comfortable scoping a problem on the fly, building the solution, and deploying it themselves. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience: 1+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams. Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments. - Technical skills: Knowledge in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar). Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design. - Product focus: Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback. - Inclusive mindset: Values different perspectives, creates space for input from others, and helps foster a positive team culture.
