Talent Acquisition Apprentice

<p>Prosek's Talent Acquisition Apprentice Program is a six-month development program designed for recent graduates who are interested in launching a career in recruiting and human resources and demonstrate strong potential, curiosity and drive.</p>

<p>Throughout the program, Apprentices gain hands-on experience supporting Prosek's Talent Acquisition team while developing foundational skills in recruiting, candidate engagement, sourcing, research and recruitment operations. Apprentices also participate in structured professional development, mentorship and ongoing feedback designed to accelerate their growth.</p>

<p>The program provides Apprentices with the opportunity to build and demonstrate the skills needed to succeed in a full-time Talent Acquisition role at Prosek. Based on individual performance, demonstrated readiness and business needs, Apprentices may be considered for a full-time opportunity during or at the conclusion of the six-month program.</p>

<p><strong>Program Overview and Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<p>As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will:</p>

<ul>

<li>Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating candidate interviews, collecting post-interview feedback and facilitating candidate communications.</li>

<li>Help deliver a "white glove" candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, providing updates and serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the interview process.</li>

<li>Develop foundational sourcing skills by researching prospective candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and helping build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li>

<li>Support recruitment operations and reporting by maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers and managing candidate profiles within Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system.</li>

<li>Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions, promoting opportunities and supporting recruitment outreach initiatives.</li>

<li>Gain exposure to the candidate evaluation and selection process, including understanding candidate qualifications, interview feedback and hiring considerations.</li>

<li>Conduct research on prospective candidates, recruiting trends and talent markets to support hiring strategies.</li>

<li>Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and broader HR teams to support recruiting initiatives and hiring priorities across the firm.</li>

<li>Develop an understanding of Prosek's business, culture and hiring needs to effectively communicate career opportunities to prospective candidates.</li>

<li>Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate proficiency in foundational Talent Acquisition skills.</li>

<p><strong>Professional Development and Training</strong></p>

<p>Professional development is a core component of the Apprentice experience.</p>

<p>Talent Acquisition Apprentices will participate in structured learning and development opportunities designed to complement hands-on recruiting experience and build the foundational skills needed to succeed in Talent Acquisition and HR.</p>

<li>Organization & Resourcefulness</li>

<li>Applicant Tracking Systems & Recruitment Reporting</li>

<li>Understanding Prosek's Business & Practice Areas</li>

</ul>

<p>Apprentices may also have opportunities to participate in broader Prosek professional development programming and learn from colleagues and leaders across the firm.</p>

<p><strong>Internal Network and Support</strong></p>

<p>Apprentices are supported by a dedicated network designed to accelerate their development and help them successfully transition into a professional environment.</p>

<p>Each Apprentice will have access to:</p>

<ul>

<li>A Manager who provides ongoing feedback, identifies strengths and development areas, and helps establish goals for progression.</li>

<li>A Mentor who provides broader career guidance and support as the Apprentice acclimates to Prosek and the professional workplace.</li>

<li>Regular performance check-ins to discuss progress, development priorities and readiness for increased responsibility.</li>

<p><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree completed by the start of the program.</li>

<li>Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition, recruiting or human resources.</li>

<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.</li>

<li>Strong research and critical-thinking skills.</li>

<li>Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed.</li>

<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.</li>

<li>Resourceful, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li>Eagerness to learn, receive feedback and develop new skills.</li>

<li>Previous recruiting, HR or related internship experience is welcomed but not required.</li>
