<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About the Role</span></strong> <span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":276}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a Senior/Software Engineer with proven experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications in the digital advertising domain. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize backend systems that power large-scale ad delivery, targeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI and Generative AI technologies to create intelligent solutions that enhance ad generation, optimization, and personalization, driving measurable impact in digital advertising.</span> </p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Ability to create and present design reviews independently, translating feature requirements into robust technical designs.</li>

<li>End-to-end ownership of solution design, development, testing, planning, execution, and release for feature requirements.</li>

<li>Experience and/or knowledge of Java 11 or higher.</li>

<li>Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including complex queries, performance optimization, schema design, indexing, and stored procedures.</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of Data Structures and OOPS concepts.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with Core Java and J2EE technologies (Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/MyBatis).</li>

<li>Knowledge and practical experience with scripting languages, preferably Python.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, including pipeline creation, automation, integration, and deployment workflows.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with tools/technologies like Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, GIT, and Docker.</li>

<li>Experience in REST Web Service development.</li>

<li>Proficiency in using generative AI-based tools and IDEs to boost productivity and code quality.</li>

<li>Detailed knowledge of different AI models and advanced prompt engineering techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively in software development</li>

<li>Experience in JUnit and unit testing best practices.</li>

<li>Experience working on high-performance and scalable systems (preferred).</li>

<li>Familiarity with UI technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.</li>

<li>Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, code reviews, continuous integration/delivery, and Agile development practices.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>We'd Love for You to Have:<br></strong></p>

<ul>

<li>3–5 years of experience in<strong> </strong>Java and Linux/UNIX environments.</li>

<li>Understanding of advanced AI concepts, including RAG, agentic AI, and model fine-tuning.</li>

<li>Use best practices of Agile-based software development and documentation, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and work independently.</li>

<li>Demonstrate work ownership and focus to deliver on time.</li>

<li>Willing to go the extra mile to achieve greater results.</li>

<li>Work with teams to achieve desired goals.</li>

<p><strong>Qualification:</strong></p>
