<p><strong>Cashmere Lab Testing & Quality Leader</strong></p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Lead the testing and quality assurance of cashmere raw materials and finished products.</li>

<li>Establish and maintain testing standards for composition, fiber length, fineness, and color consistency.</li>

<li>Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with international testing standards (GB, ISO, ASTM).</li>

<li>Collaborate with suppliers, brands, and third-party testing institutions (e.g., SGS, BV, TUV, UL).</li>

<li>Build and manage QA/QC teams, train staff, and implement standardized testing procedures.</li>

<li>Provide technical reports and data analysis to support procurement, production, and R&D decisions.</li>

<li>Drive continuous improvement in testing methods, including micro-analysis and advanced fiber testing technologies.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.</li>

<li>Proven experience in cashmere or wool fiber testing, with strong knowledge of raw material analysis.</li>

<li>Background in either brand-side QA/QC or third-party testing institutions is highly welcomed.</li>

<li>Familiarity with international and domestic testing methods (composition, length, color, oil content for down/feather).</li>

<li>Strong leadership and team management skills, able to supervise multi-functional teams.</li>

<li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities across suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders.</li>

<li>Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.</li>
