<h3>The opportunity</h3>

<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect</strong> to join our consulting delivery team. This is a billable, delivery-first role where you will design and build solutions for Quisitive clients.</p>

<p>This is not a review-only architect role. You will remain deep in the platform, solving complex problems and ensuring solutions are built the right way.</p>

<h3>What you will do</h3>

<ul>

<li>Serve as a billable consulting architect accountable for technical delivery success</li>

<li>Own end-to-end technical delivery from early design through post-go-live support</li>

<li>Design and build Dataverse-first architectures for varying complexity of clients</li>

<li>Define data models, security models, and environment strategies</li>

<li>Build plugins, integrations, flows, model-driven customizations, and Power Pages solutions in support of client requirements as well as Quisitive IP</li>

<li>Engage with Microsoft Fasttrack as required to validate solution</li>

<li>Support sales as needed in scoping and technical presentations</li>

<li>Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery blockers</li>

<li>Mentor developers through hands-on coaching and code reviews</li>

<li>Facilitate architecture and design workshops with clients</li>

<li>Participate in the Dynamics ecosystem via blog posts, presentations, webinars and conference attendance</li>

</ul>

<h3>What makes you a great fit</h3>

<ul>

<li>5+ years operating as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect</li>

<li>Proven success in billable consulting delivery roles or private industry</li>

<li>Strong Dataverse architecture experience</li>

<li>Practical Power Platform ALM experience</li>

<li>Proficiency in C# and JavaScript</li>

<li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>

</ul>

<h3>What will set you apart</h3>

<ul>

<li>Experience with a Microsoft systems integrator</li>

<li>Previous experience leading a team including onshore and offshore technical consultants</li>

<li>Industry Experience with Manufacturing focused client base</li>

<li>Ownership of multiple concurrent delivery engagements</li>

<li>Dynamics CRM or on-premises to online migration experience</li>

<li>Architecture workshop and POC leadership</li>

<li>Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert</li>
