With plenty of room to take on bigger initiatives, expand your technical scope, and grow your PM skills.  What the role involves  Lead Lightweight Projects: Manage small initiatives end-to-end keeping scope, timelines, and quality aligned using agile, right-sized PM practices. Drive Governance & Accountability: Maintain decision, action, risk, and issue logs. You’ll proactively follow up with team members across the business to ensure commitments stay on schedule. Craft Clear Stakeholder Reporting: Help paint the picture of portfolio health by gathering updates and maintaining clear dashboards for business leads and senior executives. Run Effective Meetings: Facilitate regular project huddles, document key decisions, and ensure our PMO tools remain the single source of truth. Support PMO Operations: Help refine team administration, manage intake requests, and keep our digital workspaces pristine.
