<p><strong>The Role's Core Values</strong></p>

<p>As a Livestream Host, syou’ll be on camera hosting live selling shows on TikTok Shop, presenting pre-owned high quality luxury products to a live audience, driving sales in real time, and creating engaging short-form content between shows. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a genuine connection with the TikTok audience to every broadcast.</p>

<p><strong>What We Expect You to Bring To The Table</strong></p>

<li>Host live selling shows on TikTok, presenting luxury handbags, accessories, watches, and jewelry to a live audience with energy, authenticity, and product knowledge.</li>

<li>Engage with viewers in real time—answering questions, highlighting product details, creating urgency, and closing sales during the stream.</li>

<li>Maintain Rebag’s premium brand tone while keeping the energy fun, approachable, and native to TikTok.</li>

<li>Select and curate products for each live show, balancing hero pieces with accessible entry-point items.</li>

<li>Coordinate with the E-Commerce team to prepare product batches, confirm pricing, and ensure all items are listed and ready for the stream.</li>

<li>Develop show outlines and talking points for each broadcast, including product highlights, key selling features, and planned promotions.</li>

<li>Stage products in the studio with proper lighting and presentation.</li>

<li>Create short-form video content (TikTok videos, Reels) between live shows to promote upcoming streams, highlight products, and grow the audience.</li>

<li>Film product teasers, behind-the-scenes clips, and post-show highlight reels that feed the content engine.</li>

<p><strong>What we are requiring for this role:</strong></p>

<li>You have a passion for fashion and an interest in luxury brands—you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn the difference between a Chanel Classic Flap and a Boy Bag.</li>

<li>You’re comfortable on camera and have an outgoing, engaging personality that keeps people watching.</li>

<li>You understand how TikTok works, the culture, the trends, the pacing—and you’re a regular user of the platform.</li>

<li>You’re organized and detail-oriented enough to handle pre-show prep: product selection, coordinating with teams, and building show outlines.</li>

<li>You can work in a fast-paced environment where no two shows are exactly the same.</li>

<li>Prior experience in retail sales, content creation, live streaming, or social media is a plus but not required.</li>

<li>Schedule & Compensation

<ul>

<li>Schedule: Monday–Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.</li>

<li>Pay: $40/hour, increasing to $50/hour for hours worked after 9:00 PM.</li>

<li>Commission: 1% on qualifying sales exceeding an average of $2,000 per hour.</li>

<li>Scheduling flexibility may be considered based on availability and business needs.</li>
