<h3>About the Role:</h3>

Rectangle Health is seeking a Product Manager to help shape and scale a strategic healthcare payments platform developed in collaboration with a leading national financial services organization.&nbsp;

This is not a traditional product management role.&nbsp;

While you'll partner closely with a dedicated Rectangle Health engineering team to deliver product capabilities, your success will depend equally on your ability to operate across organizational boundaries and influence outcomes within a complex partner ecosystem.&nbsp;

The most successful candidates are those who can establish credibility, build relationships, and influence decisions across organizations with different priorities, objectives, and constraints.&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Own strategic product initiatives from discovery through delivery and measurement, including working with internal engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders through typical SDLC activities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Partner daily with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, drive execution, and remove delivery obstacles.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Represent Rectangle Health's healthcare payments expertise in joint roadmap planning, solution design, and prioritization discussions with the partner organization.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Influence partner product and engineering teams to make investments that improve the overall platform experience.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Lead initiatives involving onboarding automation, integrations, data synchronization, operational scalability, platform resiliency, and customer experience improvements.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Drive alignment across cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Delivery, and strategic partners.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Define success metrics and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes.&nbsp;</li>

Most Product Managers focus on building features within a single organization, but this role is different.&nbsp;

You'll help orchestrate a complex partnership ecosystem where success depends on aligning multiple independent teams, systems, and priorities around a shared customer experience. You'll leverage Rectangle Health's deep healthcare payments expertise while helping influence the evolution of a growing platform through close collaboration with a major strategic partner.&nbsp;

<li>Communicates effectively with engineers, product leaders, executives, and external partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Balances diplomacy with conviction and knows when to advocate strongly for customer and business outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Has the systems-thinking mindset to connect disparate teams, products, and processes into a cohesive customer experience.&nbsp;</li>

<h3>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</h3>

<ul>

<li>4+ years of Product Management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives involving multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders from concept through production.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience driving product outcomes through external partnerships, customers, or third-party platform providers.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to participate meaningfully in technical discussions involving APIs, integrations, workflows, data synchronization, and platform architecture.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to travel (~5-10%), typically 2-3 days every other month.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Living in the continental US with authorization to work in the US&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3>

<ul>

<li>Preference for candidates local to our HQ in White Plains, NY to support in an onsite capacity.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare payments, fintech, revenue cycle management, or adjacent industries. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience working with platform ecosystems, marketplaces, or integration-heavy products.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Consulting experience, particularly in client-facing environments requiring influence and stakeholder management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience with onboarding automation, implementation workflows, or operational scalability initiatives.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<h3>&nbsp;Compensation &amp; Benefit&nbsp;Profile:&nbsp;</h3>

<li>$130,000&nbsp;–&nbsp;$160,000&nbsp;annual&nbsp;total&nbsp;compensation&nbsp;(commensurate&nbsp;with&nbsp;experience)</li>
