In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager. You will support the team in customer service, human resources management, merchandising, and financial control. Main Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, organization, and management of all operations; Apply the company's business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives; Be involved in the employee hiring process; Be responsible for new employee training, including customer service, product knowledge, sales, and merchandising; Be involved in employee performance evaluations; Through a constant presence on the sales floor, foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement; Maintain schedules and adhere to salary budgets; Effectively communicate information to both customers and employees; Perform and supervise in-store inventory management.
