In partnership with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Content, Pricing & Packaging, and other go-to-market stakeholders, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will help shape how Restaurant365 brings products and capabilities to market and drives adoption across the customer lifecycle. This role is responsible for translating customer, market, and competitive insight into clear positioning, messaging, go-to-market recommendations, and enablement priorities. The person in this role will serve as a strategic partner to Product and GTM teams, ensuring that product value is clearly articulated, consistently communicated, and effectively supported across launches, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer who is equally strong in insight generation, strategic messaging, and cross-functional execution. They are comfortable operating across multiple product areas and are already building and using AI and agents to improve product marketing process and efficiency.
