We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Server to join our dynamic team at Providence University College in Otterburne, MB.  The College is located half hour south of Winnipeg.  In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining our kitchen's cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all dishes, equipment, and utensils meet our high sanitation standards. Serving food and interacting with customers and students Some food preparation may be required Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized Maintain the dishwashing station and three-compartment sink in pristine condition, following all food safety and sanitation protocols Inspect equipment regularly for proper functioning and report any maintenance issues to management promptly Keep kitchen floors, work surfaces, and equipment clean and organized throughout your shift Manage garbage disposal by emptying trash containers and transporting waste to appropriate disposal areas Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations Adhere strictly to all food safety, HACCP, and occupational health and safety procedures Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude when interacting with guests, customers, coworkers, and management Work flexibly according to business needs, including evenings and weekends.
