The Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers and Infrastructure - Remote (996-SLS) position at Solutus Legal Search in Remote is a full-time role. As the company continues to grow, it seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers and Infrastructure to lead the high-value transactions that support the physical foundation of its global cloud platform. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this attorney will join a small, collaborative legal team and serve as a key partner to the company's data center, procurement, engineering, operations, finance, tax, security, and compliance teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of complex infrastructure projects in a fast-moving technology business.
