Due to the dynamic growth of our Project Business channel , where we partner with key stakeholders from the first design stage to bring smart shading and automation solutions into commercial and residential buildings, we are looking for an experienced sales leader to join us as Project Business Manager HBBR. In this role, you will lead and develop our Project Business Team across Hungary, the Baltics, the Balkans and Romania, taking full ownership of the channel’s commercial performance in the region.  The role reports to the Business Unit Manager HBBR and works functionally with the Channel Leader Project Business Eastern Europe. What You'll Do: Take full ownership of regional performance, including sales, growth, margin, pipeline, forecasting and budget Lead, coach and develop a team of project business professionals across the HBBR countries Contribute to the regional Project Business strategy, adapt it to each country and turn it into clear priorities and action plans Take on hands-on project development work in the field: work directly with project stakeholders, personally drive selected key projects and support the team in key stakeholder meetings Build a strong network of architects, developers, design offices and construction companies, so that Somfy solutions are specified early and converted into orders through our partners (manufacturers of windows, shutters and blinds) As a member of the HBBR management team you qill work closely with the Channel Leader Project Business, Key Account Managers, Technical Support and Marketing Drive sales excellence through CRM and new commercial tools, and represent Somfy at industry events in the region
