About the Role The Skid Row Care Campus is a comprehensive, low-barrier service center providing individuals experiencing homelessness with access to hygiene facilities, case management, health and behavioral health services, and connections to housing and other essential resources. The Campus offers a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment that promotes dignity, stability, and pathways to long-term housing. What You’ll Do Provide shift-level leadership for shower, restroom, and laundry services, including daily staff assignments, coverage, participant flow, and operational readiness. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, supplies, equipment, and service conditions and address or escalate concerns as needed. Support safe, respectful participant access to hygiene services using trauma-informed engagement, de-escalation, and appropriate emergency response. Guide Hygiene Specialists, reinforce expectations, support shift handoffs, and coordinate with Safety and other campus teams.
