Strategic leadership, planning, and development of the IT infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Active Directory hybrid deployment) Managing desktop support, software licensing, and deployment strategies Representing IT during internal and external audits Supporting data protection and quality management systems Overseeing administration and optimization of network infrastructure, including firewall and VPN Managing user access rights and resources on a project basis Ensuring validation of software systems, overseeing change management processes Directing data backup, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives Authoring of standard operating procedures Providing hands-on technical support and acting as the escalation point for complex IT issues across the organization Leading, mentoring, and developing the IT team while actively contributing to day-to-day IT operations and technical projects Evaluating and implementing AI tools and process automation in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring secure integration into the existing IT environment Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or senior-level system administration Proven experience with Windows and Linux system administration Solid knowledge and experience in managing terminal server solutions (RDP) Extensive IT security knowledge and experience in managing secure IT environments Experience with software and platform validation according to GAMP5 is advantageous Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical industry) is a plus Interest in AI technologies and process automation; practical experience with deploying and administering AI solutions, including locally hosted systems, is an advantage Fluent English required; proficiency in German advantageous Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate to Munich to support the team in-office We value communication, flat hierarchies, open corporate culture, and a harmonious work environment.
