The Program Manager is the operational engine behind one of our flagship programs, partnering with curriculum teams, internal colleagues, and external partners to turn learning objectives into an experience people remember. This role is made for someone who is equally energized by operational excellence and by working with high-caliber guest speakers and subject matter experts who bring the Principles of Human Progress to life.
Through the Program Manager's leadership, programs run seamlessly from design to delivery, the team is set up to do its best work, and data-informed decisions keep raising the bar on the product and the talent behind it.
