Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving the development, stability, and continuous improvement of our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) ecosystem, enabling reliable planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Working in the Group Finance Solutions department, you will collaborate with international stakeholders, corporate controllers, and financial analysts to design and deliver innovative technical solutions, optimize planning and reporting processes, and ensure efficient integration between TM1 and key corporate systems. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities:   Take full ownership of the day-to-day management, administration, monitoring, and continuous optimization of the system landscape, including server administration and issue resolution. Partner closely with international stakeholders, corporate controllers, and financial analysts to translate complex global business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Design, build, and enhance complex IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes to support enterprise-wide planning and reporting processes. Develop, maintain, and improve intuitive user interfaces within Planning Analytics while ensuring robust data integrations and data flows between IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and key corporate systems. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation, while establishing best practices and ensuring adherence to governance standards.
