Head of Development

The Head of Development position at Strategy & Transformation Consulting in s&t is a full-time role. We are a German strategy & transformation consultancy building our own product: a platform to design, orchestrate, run and govern AI agents for enterprise processes – built entirely on Microsoft Azure in C/.NET (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, MCP, knowledge graphs, RAG, vector DBs). We are looking for the person who owns the engineering end-to-end: architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, IaC), multi-tenancy, security, cost control, and leading a small senior team. Must have: AI agents that are in production today (tell us which and where), strong C/.NET, deep Azure, 5+ years of professional software development, fluent German and English. You report directly to the founders and shape the product from day one.
