Join our newly formed Payments team tasked to provide crucial commercial infrastructure that enables reliable monetization across our customer journey. This team will own the complete money collection lifecycle: - Checkout start - Payment success, methods, flows - Subscription lifecycle - Billing logic - Renewal - Failed payment recovery IF YOU WANT TO: - Own and drive vision and long-term strategy of an important product area, translating them into a clear roadmap and measurable goals aligned with business objectives; - Collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics teams; - Analyze Payments area performance, metrics and results and identify areas for improvement; - Deep dive into User journeys and their behaviour patterns; - Turn Payments into a growth driver — removing friction, reducing fraud, and improving conversion; - Define KPIs and frameworks for checkout conversion, failed payment rate, recovered revenue, success rate and etc. - Stay up-to-date with competitors, market, and industry trends.
