Field Service Engineer (M4 Corridor)  Covering the M4 Corridor / Swindon,  United Kingdom - interested in candidates from Reading all the way across to Bristol & South Wales Site visits leaving from home and returning to home address. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fault finding, working with tools and solving technical problems. You’ll provide on-site and remote support to customers, helping to diagnose issues, carry out repairs and maintain charging equipment to a high standard. What you will do Carry out daily servicing and maintenance of customer EV charging stations. Diagnose and resolve electrical, hardware, software and network-related faults. Complete repairs, including the replacement of faulty parts and components. Support installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, upgrades and warranty activities. Provide remote technical assistance to customers and field teams when required. Maintain accurate service records, daily worksheets and company vehicle mileage. Manage and replenish spare parts stock, ensuring equipment and materials are available when needed. Work collaboratively with technical, engineering and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer service. Support service and maintenance contracts, helping to meet agreed response times and service levels. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and relevant electrical and EV charging standards. Participate in an on-call rota, approximately 1 week in 5, Monday to Monday, as required.
