Providing legal support for the Company’s business activities. Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal assessment of contracts, agreements, memoranda, articles of association, and other legal documents. Analyzing legal matters related to investment funds, asset management, and financial products. Participating in the establishment and registration of new funds and investment products. Preparing and providing legal review of syndication agreements, investment-related agreements, and their respective annexes. Preparing documentation related to amendments and termination of agreements. Maintaining and updating relevant legal registers. Participating in communication with counterparties and ensuring the legally accurate formulation of communications and documents. Participating in the development and updating of the Company’s internal policies, procedures, and legal documentation. Managing corporate law matters, including maintaining and updating the Company’s corporate documentation. Identifying legal risks related to the Company’s activities and preparing recommendations to mitigate such risks. Coordinating relationships with external legal advisors and consultants. Participating in litigation and dispute management processes, when required. Providing employees with legal advice and guidance on relevant legal matters. Providing legal assessment and support for business initiatives and projects.
