JOB INTRODUCTION: The Senior Manager, FP&A leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple business units or corporate functions. Provides executive-level financial insights and partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making. Manages a team of analysts and drives improvements in planning tools, processes, and reporting. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles for assigned functions or business lines. - Provides financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership, including scenario modeling and strategic insights. - Develops and maintains financial dashboards and performance metrics aligned with company goals. - Leads cross-functional financial reviews and drives alignment between financial results and business strategy. - Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for leadership and board reporting. - Implements planning tools and process enhancements to scale FP&A capabilities and improve forecast accuracy. - Manages and mentors a team of finance analysts and managers, supporting career development and performance excellence.
