This role serves as the central coordination point across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring software, hardware, integration, test, and release activities are aligned to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes. Working within the User Terminal Engineering organization, the Senior Engineering Delivery Manager partners closely with Engineering Managers, Product Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Verification & Validation, Architecture teams, and the Solution-level Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage cross-functional dependencies, integration readiness, execution risks, and release delivery. As the delivery lead for the Core UT segment, the role provides execution visibility, dependency management, release readiness, and milestone status into the broader Lightspeed Solution Train, ensuring alignment with solution-level objectives, Program Increment commitments, and release plans.
This role focuses on engineering execution leadership and delivery coordination rather than direct people management, product ownership, project management, or architectural decision-making.
