本ポジションは、Telexistenceの事業計画・予算の策定と、株主・投資家とのコミュニケーション（IR）を一体で担うファイナンス機能のリードです。中期経営計画・年度予算の策定と予実管理を通じて、事業部門ごとの数字を会社としての計画に落とし込むとともに、その計画を既存株主・新規投資家に対して一貫したストーリーとして語れる状態をつくり、資金調達および将来の株式上場（IPO）を見据えた投資家向け資料の準備までを一気通貫で担当します。
単なる数字の集計・管理にとどまらず、「ロボットという新しい労働力の事業は、どの前提で、いつ、どれだけの規模になるのか」を、事業の現場に踏み込みながら財務モデルと言葉の両方で示すことが求められます。CEO・経営陣と近距離で議論し、Product、Operation、Engineering、Legal等の各部門と連携しながら、IPOを見据えた経営管理体制とIR機能の土台をつくり、将来的にはファイナンスチームを率いていただく役割です。
