Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the branch team, creating a positive and high-performing culture. Drive sales and profitability through effective branch management and customer engagement. Ensure excellent customer service levels are consistently delivered. Manage branch stock, purchasing, goods receiving, and stock control processes. Oversee branch resources to ensure delivery deadlines and customer requirements are met. Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance. Control branch costs, including overtime and carriage expenditure. Develop and implement branch improvement plans to support business growth. Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, field sales colleagues, and support teams. Ensure company procedures and documentation requirements are followed at all times. Protect company assets and maintain branch security standards.
