We are hiring our first in-house Senior Recruiter to build the recruiting function for our North American team as it scales. You will own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering, from intake through a new hire's first week, and set up the process, tooling, and hiring manager habits that let us hire well at pace. You will thrive here if you have built recruiting at an early-stage company, move fast without lowering the bar, and can hold a technical conversation with a security researcher as comfortably as a quota conversation with an account executive.
