(TCI) is on the lookout for a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll need to bring your strong interpersonal skills to help our customers find the commercial vehicle and equipment parts they need, whether in person or over the phone. Shift Available: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10pm   What You'll Do: Sell Parts: Assist customers over the counter or by phone in a lively, fast-paced setting. Utilize Resources: Quickly and efficiently look up parts and technical information, check inventory, and locate stock within our TCI network. Handle Transactions: Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and promptly, adhering to TCI policies, including verifying signatures, credit cards, and customer identity. Coordinate Orders: Schedule orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up, ensuring they are processed quickly. Process Returns: Issue credits for returned parts, verifying purchase details with original invoices or reference numbers. Customer Follow-Up: Regularly check in with customers on order status, provide estimates, and make routine sales calls to maintain strong customer relationships.
