Service Cloud), focusing on stability, performance and data quality Translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions – from day-to-day feature requests to large-scale initiatives Lead change management processes, improve documentation and enable internal users through training Support integration, data protection (GDPR), access models and participate in our GitHub-based CI/CD setup Act as the senior go-to person in the Admin team: review complex solutions, mentor colleagues and ensure quality Collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic solutions for sustainable growth
