We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Cost Controller to join our Commercial team for upcoming construction projects in Dubai. The role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs to ensure financial efficiency and budget compliance. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams to provide accurate financial oversight and reporting. Location: Dubai Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans based on design, scope, and BOQ. Track and control project expenditures , ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Identify cost variances and propose corrective actions. Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and financial forecasts . Review and evaluate variations, change orders, and claims. Collaborate with teams to validate cost data and maintain documentation.
