Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads)

The Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) position at United Tech in Kyiv is a full-time role. We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) to take full ownership of the Meta Ads direction on our web-based social networking platform, built for people seeking real connections across Tier-1 markets. This is a channel already spending $300K+ a month, and the mission is bold: scale it to $1M+ within a year while protecting ROAS. You will own strategy, budget, and structure end-to-end, without micromanagement, backed by dedicated MarTech, Marketing Analytics, and Creative teams so you can focus on strategy instead of technical routine. Our platform runs on a credit-based transactional model rather than a subscription one, which means repeat purchases, high LTV, and a deeper funnel to master, a genuinely different math for anyone used to standard subscription funnels.
