Job Description

Digitalization & Automation - Support Solution development and consulting within the M365 - Power Tools environment, in collaboration with IT application experts. Tools & Frameworks - Support Business functions in building solutions (e.g., PowerBI), by providing consulting, guidance, and best-practice recommendations. Creation & maintenance (e.g., PSC/PET tools, Project Methodology). Manage and support business tools such as Qlik and OTRS, ensuring their effective utilization and maintenance. Project Management - Manage and coordinate digitalization projects and initiatives within the M365 environment, including small-to-mid-sized projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Training and Development - Provide training and support to employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence. Customer Focus - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction by enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of products and services.
