Responsibility for the strategic direction, development and scaling global e-commerce and digital activities. Managing the budget for digital growth and achieving revenue, margin and KPI targets in the online business. Expanding and optimizing data-driven performance channels (SEA, social ads, affiliate marketing, CRM) to acquire new customers and foster customer loyalty. Continuously improving the online store (functionality, conversion rate, personalization, user journey). Identifying and integrating modern digital tool and technologies to optimize the digital infrastructure. Providing disciplinary and technical leadership for our digital team, including coaching and professional development of employees. Establishing and monitoring relevant KPIs, dashboards and customer insights to support informed decision-making. Close cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product and IT to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. Selection and strategic management of external service providers, agencies and technology partners. Adaption and rollout of digital strategies for market entry and growth in new international markets. You´re ideally based in Düsseldorf Area You have 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce or the digital sector, ideally at a fast-growing DTC or lifestyle brand. A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong execution skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of modern e-commerce architectures, data analytics and marketing automation. An empathetic leader with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve peak performance together. A passion for design, e-commerce trends and creating world-class digital brand experiences. Fluency in German and English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
