ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to run COMO's digital marketing day to day. You'll work in the tools yourself: HubSpot, the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and the integrations that connect them, with AI tools as part of how you work. You'll work closely with our marketing lead from our Tel Aviv office. It's a role for someone who likes launching and fixing things themselves rather than waiting on a vendor. If you've run marketing operations at a cybersecurity company and want to own the whole machine, this is your opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own HubSpot day to day: workflows, lists, forms, properties, and data hygiene - Run and update our website and blog, including the integrations behind them (HubSpot, forms, RSS) - Operate LinkedIn and our digital channels: company page, posts, and campaigns - Build and send newsletters and email campaigns - Keep several initiatives moving in parallel and keep everything up to date - Work with agencies when needed and connect their output to our systems WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Operations role at a cybersecurity company - Hands-on HubSpot experience, plus website, LinkedIn, and digital platforms - Comfortable using AI tools (Claude or similar) to get more done, faster - Fluent Hebrew and English - Startup experience - advantage - Marketing Ops experience in more than one company - advantage
