As a vital member of the Therapy Planning Team at VIVIO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring evidence-based and cost-effective drug management. Here’s what you’ll be doing:  Evidence-Based Reviews: You’ll receive comprehensive training to meticulously evaluate therapy requests against high-quality clinical evidence and VIVIO’s Drug Integrity Framework.  Collaborative Support: In addition to your review responsibilities, you’ll provide essential support to leadership, fellow pharmacists, clinical advisors, and non-clinician staff.  Good Communicator: You will be presenting various clinical programs to relevant stakeholders to share relevant clinical and cost-effectiveness data.   Dynamic Team Player: We’re seeking highly dynamic and collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Remote Flexibility: This position is mostly remote. There are mandatory in-office requirements for meetings or training.   Travel: There is an up to 15% travel requirement for client meetings and other company events.  Variable duties: Working in non-specialty (pharmacy) and specialty clinical programs. Participation in Therapy Planning Team meetings.   Technology: You will be trained to use internal member management platforms to document relevant clinical and financial information
