TEAM Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games. The Core Central Team provides hands-on support and mentoring to all Voodoo studios looking to create new casual and midcore games, and anything hybrid in between. ROLE We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge. By joining this team, you will have a strong impact on the business and a unique opportunity to reach hundreds of millions of users with your insights and recommendations. - Providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies and future roadmaps. - Proposing AB Test and benchmarking the good practices in competitors games - Overseeing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection. - Developing dashboards and analysis that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics. - Building and maintaining robust data pipelines - Conducting comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience.
