As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience building prototypes, automation tools, and lightweight integrations that reduce manual effort and accelerate experimentation. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers and data professionals while contributing to foundational capabilities that support data governance and data-driven decision making. What projects might I support?  Although subject to change, examples of projects you will be contributing to include: Collaborate with leaders, engineers, and team members across Wellmark to contribute to meaningful projects, build professional relationships, and gain exposure to multiple business and technology functions. Develop automation solutions and tooling that improve metadata collection, enrichment, and management processes. Support the design and enhancement of data product publishing workflows to streamline delivery and improve efficiency. Build reporting and monitoring capabilities that measure metadata completeness, quality, and adoption. Create prototypes and lightweight integrations between data platforms and metadata services to improve data discovery and accessibility.
