We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid acquisition campaigns and continuously improve the relationship between media spend, traffic quality, conversion, and revenue. The Performance Marketing Specialist manages and optimizes our paid digital acquisition campaigns, initially focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with future expansion into additional channels as the business scales. This is a hands-on role combining paid media, data analysis, conversion optimization, creative testing, and e-commerce growth.   Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Management: Own execution across search, Performance Max, shopping, brand/non-brand, and remarketing campaigns, continuously optimizing structure, keywords, audiences, and bidding toward profitable growth. Meta Ads Management: Manage Facebook and Instagram prospecting, retargeting, and catalogue campaigns, testing creative and audiences while distinguishing platform metrics from real business outcomes. Budget Management: Monitor spend, CPA/CAC, ROAS, and revenue against approved targets; identify when to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, feeds, landing pages, and campaign structures based on statistically meaningful data. E-Commerce Funnel Understanding: Diagnose whether underperformance stems from media, creative, audience, product, pricing, website, or tracking. Campaign Structure: Build scalable campaigns organized by brand/non-brand, category, intent, and funnel stage, avoiding unnecessary fragmentation. Product & Feed Management: Work with the E-Commerce Specialist to ensure feed accuracy (titles, pricing, availability, images) and resolve Merchant Center issues. Creative Testing: Partner with the Art Director, AI Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Specialist to test hooks, formats, offers, and messaging for acquisition efficiency. Landing-Page Optimization: Work with E-Commerce on message match, page speed, mobile UX, and checkout flow, since paid performance can't be optimized independently of the website. CRM Campaigns: Collaborate with the E-commerce team to align CRM activity with paid media and sync audiences into ad platforms for retargeting, exclusion, and lookalike building. Manage CRM performance: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets, define target audiences and messaging, monitor and analyze Email & WhatsApp campaign performance to identify insights and optimize future campaigns. Tracking & Attribution: Maintain accurate measurement across Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, resolving discrepancies and avoiding over-reliance on any single dashboard. Audience Segmentation: Build and test audiences across new customers, existing customers, and engagement stages using first-party data where available. Seasonal & Commercial Campaigns: Plan paid-media activity around major commercial periods (Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, seasonal launches, End-of-Year), preparing budgets, audiences, and creatives ahead of launch. Daily & Weekly Optimization: Maintain a structured routine: daily monitoring of spend/ROAS/anomalies, weekly review of performance metrics/trends, creative performance, and CRO opportunities.  Prepare regular reports covering business results (spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, orders), channel and campaign performance, product/category revenue, creative performance, and full-funnel metrics — each answering what happened, why, what's changing, and what's expected next.
