As a System Administrator / IT Engineer on the IPE (Internal Platform Engineering) team, you will manage, optimize, and secure our global IT infrastructure and cloud environments. You will be responsible for enterprise identity management, endpoint administration, cloud operations, and leveraging modern AI tools to automate workflows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our global systems run seamlessly, securely, and efficiently. Responsibilities: Administer enterprise identity, access management , and directory services using Okta and Google Workspace. Manage global endpoints, configuration profiles, and compliance policies using Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows/Linux). Evaluate, implement, and leverage AI-driven tools and automation to optimize system processes, resolve tickets faster, and streamline IT operations. Provide advanced (Tier 2/3) technical support and escalation management for complex hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues globally. Manage automated user onboarding and offboarding workflows across all core identity platforms and applications. Maintain, monitor, and document local and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security compliance, and audit readiness.
