We are looking for a General Manager who operates like an owner. This role is responsible for full P&L performance, leading the team, and executing at a high level across all areas of the business. You will work alongside mgmt. team to drive sales, control costs, and build a strong, accountable team. ■ What You’ll Do Own the business: managing sales, COGS, labor, and operating costs to hit targets Lead and develop a high-performing team (managers + hourly staff)   Drive a consistent, high-quality guest experience Optimize labor scheduling and productivity Control inventory, purchasing, and food cost Execute local marketing and sales-driving initiatives Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively Report weekly performance and action plans to leadership
