IT Business Analyst - Bilingual (English/ Korean)

The IT Business Analyst - Bilingual (English/ Korean) position at Woongjin, Inc in Buena Park, us is a contract role. Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal IT/development teams. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from clients. Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Track and monitor project progress, including completed tasks, pending items, delays, and change requests. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting summaries. Facilitate communication and follow-ups between clients and technical teams to ensure timely delivery. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation, issue tracking, and validation. Provide regular project updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.
