The Role We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for selected accounts across a variety of categories. This role involves overseeing the creative process, managing creative teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative and on-strategy campaign work for our clients.
As a reliable partner to Strategy, Account and Production teams, our Creative Directors seek to build trusting relationships and problem-solve collaboratively across departments and coasts. They know their clients inside and out and are adept at finding the right opportunities to bring great ideas to life.
The ideal candidate is a fearless creative leader with broad advertising experience as well as experience as a manager. They know how to inspire teams, create an environment where ideas can flow freely, and provide creative direction that helps people grow their skills and confidence.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is ready to become a Spoon - to give a damn, try anything, and enjoy the people they are working with. This team is based in the New York office and works in a hybrid fashion with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $200,000 - $225,000. Salary is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location.
