In this role, you'll be the leader behind the architects of change—coaching a team that moves beyond simple software implementation to help the world's largest organizations fundamentally rethink how they work. You'll sit at the intersection of people leadership and business strategy, ensuring your team consistently translates the power of the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and helps executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale the playbook for enterprise AI transformation through people. You won't just be managing accounts; you'll be developing the leaders who drive the next industrial revolution by helping C-suite teams move from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization. Your work will directly shape how the transformation function operates and influence WRITER's product roadmap. This role is available as a hybrid position based out of our San Francisco or Seattle hub.
