As our Working Student IT Support & Operations, you keep them productive by owning first-level support, devices, and onboarding and offboarding. That frees our IT engineers to focus on security and automation projects. You’ll work with Okta, Kandji, Freshservice and Slack. You'll do this with us - IT requests in Freshservice and Slack get a fast first response and a clear resolution or handoff. - Every new joiner starts with a working laptop and the right access on day one, and every leaver’s access and hardware come back. - Our asset inventory and hardware stock match reality. - Colleagues solve common issues themselves with guides you wrote.
