About the role: Seeing great market demand for our AI agents platform, we're expanding across the CEE region and opening GTM operations in Romania. With that, we are now looking for an energetic, business-minded person to join our Demand Generation team. What you'll do: - Conduct analysis to understand prospects' pain points and to identify how our solutions can address their challenges - Utilize various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and video prospecting to engage with prospects and generate new business opportunities - Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunities generated - Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to articulate our value proposition to prospects effectively - Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market intelligence Ideally, you'll bring with you: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian - Passion for business and sales - You're extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback - Growth mindset and willingness to make cold calls and video prospecting - High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks - A-player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge It will be awesome if you also have: - At least 1 year of B2B SaaS experience as an SDR - Experience with sales development tools (such as Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom) AI-native culture: Our team embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work - not just for speed, but for creativity, documentation, and scale.
