ZURU’s Commercial Teams Our Commercial teams help drive global revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing commercial strategies across international markets. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across business development, commercial modelling, strategic planning, and much more while working with retailers around the world. You can expect to be involved in a variety of projects, from gap analyses and chasing global sales to building presentations and persuasive emails. You will work alongside experienced commercial leaders, gain exposure to multiple markets, teams, and functions while making a meaningful impact on the growth of our global brands. You will also: - Be set up to win with a two-day induction to get you up to speed on everything ZURU - Learn how our people continue to shift the needle through regular learning sessions with key business leaders - Experience ZURU’s playful side by dabbling in content creation (#dayinthelife) and attending social events - And so much more! Our summer internship programme will run from mid November 2026 - mid February 2027. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early! About You We don’t ask to see your grades, and we take on students from a range of different backgrounds and degrees.
