Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents. We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures. About Tech Implementation Team At Emi we are focused on solving real problems for our customers and for our candidates, which is why we are a customer-focused company.
Every customer at Emi has their own tailored version of our platform and AI conversation to meet their specific recruitment needs. The Tech Implementation Team is in charge of building those versions of our platform to successfully implement our customers. We lead the setup of the tool working together with the product and customer experience teams focusing on creating a solution to the pains identified by the customers and adding value to their recruiting process. What you'll be doing You will use our internal tools to create and improve candidate interactions with the bot and recruiter interactions with the platform, by building the best version of Emi for each customer.
Working closely with the Customer Success, Tech, and Product teams, you will ensure the platform's features are implemented according to the client's requirements, based on your deep understanding of our product's capabilities.
You will master the processes and tools that allow you to configure, adjust, and ensure platform quality. You’ll be a trusted team member in client projects, to help innovate their recruiting process by 10X.
