ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and explain P&L variances against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year results, providing actionable insights to management. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis. Monitor and analyze costs, evaluating their impact on profitability across products, customers, channels, and regions. Conduct profitability analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Prepare and present financial performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for local and corporate leadership teams. Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives, capital investments, and business development opportunities. Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve business performance and achieve company objectives. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data while maintaining compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and internal controls.
